In the photos and sketch area, the building area is limited to 90 verses 9000 which is what the buildings are named. Due to this it names the building 2116231312050090 (example) verses 211623131205009000 so when you print the profile sheet it doesn't print the building

We agree--also it should have local number which we requested as early as July 2005.

I would like to see some effort being made to have more in the way of Wyoming specific reports. I think the fact that we are all expending effort to create similar reports is extremely unproductive. Perhaps the DOR could do some of this... the reports that I have thought of so far are
a Veterans Report to balance
A Field Inspection Sheet
An Abstract that prints the data the SBOE needs in the format they need
Public Summary Sheet (one page that prints in summary and includes book and page information on it.)
Top 10 Taxpayer report

 

DOR:  Some of the custom reporting in V5 will allow the creation and sharing of these types of reports.  However, the DOR will review this request in more detail.

A description for the state assessed is very important to our office as well as the Treasurer. When a taxpayer calls the treasurer they have no way to tell if it is oil, gas, electric etc.

We print a copy of the state assessed for our office records to keep track of any adjustments made by NOVC.

Would like to see the Building # changed to read Well Name and that the field be a pop down option that would let you select the same Well Name from the Well Name Tab.

We need ownership history for oil and gas just like all the other modules have.

We need to be able to enter Parcel number for personal property and oil & gas. Just like Real property and State assessed.

Abstract codes and Life Type drop downs need to be alphabetical, not numeric.

Every time you recalculate or exit oil and gas, it scramples the order of items making it impossible to know where you left off or to check the values. The larger the account the more difficult it is.

We need item numbers for oil & gas as well as personal property. Should be able to renumber the items any time you recalculate.

When searching for all account types Active, Deleted, Inactive, etc... We need a column right next to Acct# showing the status of account.

BACode on PP summary screen needs to be alphabetically instead of numerically and so does the TYPE on the Property Detail screen that is located next to Orig Cost.

Need note field on NOV's NOD's and Declarations so we can notify taxpayers of things like "please report your business equipment" tag numbers for trailers, etc...

Would like to be able to go in and out of the subdivision module without having to start all over again when you go back.
