 Lisa, This issue has been escalated to engineering and I am waiting for information on which build this will be assigned to.

 

When printing a Tax Roll Report from the interface of RW, it prints and totals by Taxing Authority. My Treasurer is requesting total tax by Tax Dist. I also had a call today from Crook County with the same problem. This is probably a state wide issue for the Wyoming counties. This needs looked at and if possible fixed soon.

When entering the occupancy as single family residential it auto defaults to abstract Single Family Residential -Manufactured Home(10102) - I would like this to default to Single Family Residence - Site Built. (10101)

For contractor and lender data entry the table maintenance security module for WY needs to be altered. I suggest that you create a new development ticket in Parature for WY and assign it to SME. If SME and DOR agree this is acceptable they can send a work order request up.

It is possible to enter a building at more than 100% complete, which could end up being a problem if someone, for instance, accidently types in an extra zero.

We must have the ability to generate a printout showing the calculations that led to our appraised values. These are requested on a regular basis by our customers and are included in every CBOE packet.

I spoke with Laura regarding maintaining the free form section of the legal. We would like to be able to maintain the text the way you can if you are in a word document. We can't enter and start a new line of text without getting an error.

There are 2338 catigories in the tlkpppbusinesstype and they are assorted by business code#. Could you make it so it could be searched by typing in the letters of the businessdesc. At this point they are not alphabetical and it is very time consuming to scroll to find the right one through 2338 of them. Thank you for your consideration.

This summary should be more organized, consistent and easier for the taxpayer to read (especially ag land owners). First, the abstract codes should be listed in a consistent order. The ag code needs to be more descriptive, so the land owner knows how the land is classified. My suggestion is a numercial sequence for the abstract codes and a descriptive ag code (i.e. irrigated, dry farm, grazing).

In Oil & Gas globally, anytime you make a change and recalc and save, after saving regardless of what tab you are in the screen auto defaults to account summary. It should stay in the screen that you are working in.

On the personal property form there is no place for a return address or a place to identify what county is requesting the information.

Since we are building new report forms and with a number of us sending to the same businesses it would be helpful to know where to return it.

I think that mezzanines should be open for a selection in the mezzanine field in all class and quality.

When doing a search-unless you go into options each & every time & change the status to a & e-you only get active accounts in the results. We need exempts to always show up along with the actives.

The parcel number field in the imps screen is cutting off the last two digits of the parcel number field.

Add "Cert Code" to the Batch Land and Batch Imps process as a method of selecting records for the batch process.

The County is considering using this field to track when accounts need to rechecked/appraised. Currently, you can update Cert Code in Batch, but it's not an option for selecting accounts.

Also, can we add an options global field so the County can rename the label for this field...

Would like to see the land adj. factor (area in land valuation portion of system)  an item that could be updated in batch. This would prevent alot of data entry and possibility for clerical errors.

Would like to see land dollar per be an attribute to select by in GEOWARE - good way to audit land values within a neighborhood without going out to GIS.

 

 

Would like to see the gross acres/gross sf field in the new parcel list so it can be updated before a subdivision is created. Currently a user has to create then go into each new record and update that field. Would be much easier to have it in before creation of the subdivision.

Add parcel number to sales data entry area where you have to enter account # to enter sale - this way you wouldn't have to switch to account # on the summary screen  to get the account# to enter the sale.  We primarily work with GEO pins (do not have a county number)

Per conversation with Tim, the gross acreage is not a value field, but does pull into reports and having nothing...

In the photos and sketch area, the building area is limited to 90 verses 9000 which is what the buildings are named. Due to this it names the building 2116231312050090 (example) verses 211623131205009000 so when you print the profile sheet it doesn't print the building

I believe this has been resolved - Ko took care of it way back when- I think now the issue with the limited # space is not being able to save a note to a 9000 bldg # so the notes don't follow when you copy a record etc. and pictures aren't printing on the field inspec report after .03 was...

We would like to be able to preview before printing the output from the Field Inspection Generator.

The notes from a Building Permit are not displayed in FieldWare. Lori requested the ability to see and add notes in FieldWare.

We need access to the following tables:

It would sure expedite our work if the tables could be accessed for changes instead of having to contact CCI each time.

These tables are not managed in anyway by the DOR.  As far at the Property Tax Division is concerned, you should have no restrictions on these tables.

 

If the concern is using the tables directly for data editing, the DOR is definitely listening to the direction CCI is providing regarding this.

 

I will contact CCI regarding this as well on this issue and see if...

This enhancement would be very useful.

We are having a problem with the legal description shuffling itself out of the order it was put into the system. CCI said this needs to be an enhacement request.

Would be very handy to be able to filter by NBHD extension as well as nbhd - currently when filtering by NBHD you get all extensions . You can filter by occ code, acct type etc. to narrow it down some but I have nbhds that have extensions based on age of homes and would like to run ratios specific to an age range. 

Currently the data to map  button( in sales ratio for GEOWARE)  is only active on Residential Sales Ratio, it would be very beneficial to have this available on Residential Land Sales Ratio and also the Commercial Sales Ratio.  If this was available on land sales ratio would be able to group by dollar per which would be a great tool for value setting.  Currently we do it with GIS...

Would be helpful to be able to select by Adj Year in batch verses year built, if you are trying to move bldgs from one extension or nbhd to another based on age - most of our older homes have an adjusted year so when you select by year built you do not get most of the bldgs that you want

In the subdivision module if you have buildings in the parent parcel it brings over the nbhd info into the vacant land records that are created.  It would be helpful if this information wasn't transferred over because you then have to go in and delete that information.  We have found if there is information there on vacant records it can cause funny results in queries.  Also the subdivision...

A site value over 99,999 does not fully appear in a LEA Model. It is confusing when you are looking at the model and can not see the full site amount.
