I would still like to have the option that Colorado has in exporting oil & gas to an excel spreadsheet , send it electronically to the entities, have them do the corrections, send it back and import it into realware.  It would save a tremendous amount of paper and time on my staffs part. 

 

Would like to be able to go in and out of the subdivision module without having to start all over again when you go back.

Need note field on NOV's NOD's and Declarations so we can notify taxpayers of things like "please report your business equipment" tag numbers for trailers, etc...

BACode on PP summary screen needs to be alphabetically instead of numerically and so does the TYPE on the Property Detail screen that is located next to Orig Cost.

When searching for all account types Active, Deleted, Inactive, etc... We need a column right next to Acct# showing the status of account.

We need item numbers for oil & gas as well as personal property. Should be able to renumber the items any time you recalculate.

Every time you recalculate or exit oil and gas, it scramples the order of items making it impossible to know where you left off or to check the values. The larger the account the more difficult it is.

Abstract codes and Life Type drop downs need to be alphabetical, not numeric.

We need to be able to enter Parcel number for personal property and oil & gas. Just like Real property and State assessed.

We need ownership history for oil and gas just like all the other modules have.

Would like to see the Building # changed to read Well Name and that the field be a pop down option that would let you select the same Well Name from the Well Name Tab.

We would like a cheatsheet of Description Types. 

 

If we go to add a piece of equipment and decide it shouldnt be there the line cannot be deleted until we fill in certain information.  We would like to delete it at any time.

 

On the Status, What do the P,A,T,H,I, and C mean.  Couldnt we have the words instead of the Letters?

In the on line manuals there is an option for Oil & Gas Declarations to Create an Excel file and send it electronically to the tax payers.  I have had several requests from our tax payers to do this.  Why doesnt Wyoming have that option?

We would like to see the tax area, or district show up in the Batch Appraisal.  We would like to search by tax area.

We would like the important data specific to mobile homes to print on the profile. i.e. tag number, title number, vin number.
Currently there is no report that prints these items. If the computer were to go down we would have no way to verify them.

We would like to see the legal description on TBLTAXROLLPLUS.  I am able to convert this file to excel for CD purposes.

 

 

Would it be possible for us to hide or remove the abstract codes that we do not use, or does the table have to show all.

 

Useful to be able to search in State Assessed like other modules, without having to find the account number.

We would like to see quality and condition listed as an option to the pop up box for Garages/Porches/Decks etc.  There are a lot of instances where the quality/condition of a new addition to an existing structure is different than the main house.  We can currently have a different year built but adding quality and condition would be very helpful so that we are valuing these additions correctly.

I'd like the order of the fields to be rearranged so that sales price did not show on the summary screen....move it to the right. There are sometimes when someone other than staff sees our screen.

Kathy - You can change this in OptionsGlobal - Go to the splash screen - Click on the security tab and to to OptionsGlobal.  Under the Sales tab - you can change the column order to where the sales info is not showing up immediately.
