We would like to see the tax area, or district show up in the Batch Appraisal.  We would like to search by tax area.

We would like the important data specific to mobile homes to print on the profile. i.e. tag number, title number, vin number.
Currently there is no report that prints these items. If the computer were to go down we would have no way to verify them.

We would like to see the legal description on TBLTAXROLLPLUS.  I am able to convert this file to excel for CD purposes.

 

 

Would it be possible for us to hide or remove the abstract codes that we do not use, or does the table have to show all.

 

Useful to be able to search in State Assessed like other modules, without having to find the account number.

We would like to see quality and condition listed as an option to the pop up box for Garages/Porches/Decks etc.  There are a lot of instances where the quality/condition of a new addition to an existing structure is different than the main house.  We can currently have a different year built but adding quality and condition would be very helpful so that we are valuing these additions correctly.

I'd like the order of the fields to be rearranged so that sales price did not show on the summary screen....move it to the right. There are sometimes when someone other than staff sees our screen.

Kathy - You can change this in OptionsGlobal - Go to the splash screen - Click on the security tab and to to OptionsGlobal.  Under the Sales tab - you can change the column order to where the sales info is not showing up immediately.

A description for the state assessed is very important to our office as well as the Treasurer. When a taxpayer calls the treasurer they have no way to tell if it is oil, gas, electric etc.

We print a copy of the state assessed for our office records to keep track of any adjustments made by NOVC.

It would be very helpful to be able to see all the adjustments by entry to the account on the tax roll corrections form rather than just a total, this would be helpful to us as well as the treasurer.

We need to be able to rearrange the data fields to make entry more user friendly, we have a tab in global options to do this for oil and gas.

A simple report we could generate to obtain parcel counts for the various property types.i.e. res single family, condos, multi-family, vacant land, vacant ag land, ag land parcels w/ structures, industrial, comm, pp

It would be helpful if we could print just one page of the Property Profile.  It would also be helpful if we could print the photographs directly from the property profile.

When we print the tax roll correction page, I would like to see the taxroll correction number and the local number show up somewhere.  That way my Treasurer can use those numbers when entering tax roll corrections.

It would be helpfule to be able to tab or enter through the permit page. As is we have to click in each box until we get past the date box.  We were able to do this in the older version.

In printing the "property profile" for long legals, I'd like to see the entire legal description. the area for the legal need to be larger.

I would like to see some effort being made to have more in the way of Wyoming specific reports. I think the fact that we are all expending effort to create similar reports is extremely unproductive. Perhaps the DOR could do some of this... the reports that I have thought of so far are

Would like to have a new Occ Code for "Modular".  We currently have a built-as for Modular and it would be very helpful to have a corresponding Occ Code.

Abstract:  Ability to run local assessed only.  Perhaps abstract range like some of other reports offer.

In all batch capabilities add Tax ID
