Those of you which have converted to RealWare may have already noticed that the drop down list for HVAC in RealWare does not match what is in the Marshall & Swift Residential Cost Handbook.

 

To resolve this we had CCI create a cross reference table which matches their description in the look up table to what is in Marshall & Swift. See Exhibit 2 in the attached document. We believe this will aid the appraisal staff in selecting the appropriate HVAC for the residence they are appraising.
