Sublette county has brought to our (CCI & DOR) attention that they don’t have data in tlkpcondition for 2010. This is a table that CCI is listed as responsible for but since the table values rarely change the DOR has offered to copy them over from last year, so you will all have them sooner. From this point forward the DOR will update this table in August with the other year updates. Since the 2010 data is missing from the table all improvements that have been calculated in 2010 so far may or may not have the correct value, because the condition factor is applied to depreciation. Without the data in the table the condition factor does not get applied. If the condition is set to Average, then you won’t see a value change, because the factor is 1. If the condition factor is set to anything other than Average those accounts will need to be recalculated. This recalculation can be done through mass or batch of which CS would be happy to assist.
