All counties should preview data integrity query titled "Accounts with Occ % <> 100" On your screen it will show 0 but there may be accounts still out there with occ % <> 100. This will alter your value on your account and should be correct before printing.

 

To correct open account in real prop, open imp screen, double click on occ and change the % to be 100 or if multiple occs, change value so the total of all occupancies equal 100%.
